No, virtual home staging without real-life measures inside the property should only be used in exceptional cases. The photos of the virtually staged property create high expectations among prospective buyers, which may turn into disappointment during the viewing. Whenever possible, we carry out real-life measures and photograph the apartment or house as it actually is.

Do home staging and renovation make sense for an owner-occupied or rented property as well?

Yes — even with a like-new property that’s occupied by the owner or rented out, there’s almost always potential for optimization. Of course, we won’t replace all the furniture in this case, and comprehensive renovations aren’t possible. But even small things often have a big effect. For example, we always carry out necessary repairs and maintenance as well as a thorough cleaning. Replacing a few furnishings or decorations usually has a better effect as well.

How much do the services of Firstplace Immobilien GmbH cost?

Our fee is based on the sales price obtained. So we have the same goal: to get as much as possible out of your property. All services such as home staging, professional photos, 360° tours, and the coordination and execution of upgrades and renovations are already included in our brokerage fee. There are no additional hidden costs.

Does Firstplace Immobilien GmbH only help with property sales, or can it also assist with rentals?

Our focus is clearly on sales. If you would prefer to rent out your property, we can also take care of that — including the sales brochure, tenant screening, and contract processing.
